The training video «Recruitment – Background Check» demonstrates the important processes and security checks mandatrory when hiring new employees.

Targets

Employees in key functions, for example in the Human Resources department, learn in the video how to correctly issue and conduct a security check of new employees to be hired, what must be observed, and on what legal basis (NASP Switzerland) it is based.

Audience

Security managers and AVSEC instructors who train personnel in aviation security.
